We want you to be completely satisfied with your Driftline purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items requested after this period will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories included
- Not marked as final sale or non-returnable
The following items are not eligible for return: personal care products, perishable goods, digital items, and items marked as final sale.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at support@driftlinebythestud.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@driftlinebythestud.store. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
